Sãa Ta Ko community based campsite

Sãa Ta Ko (which means "we are resting") is situated in an area known as “the Corridor”, about a two-and-a-half-hour drive from Gobabis. Saa Ta Ko can be reached in a normal 2x4 vehicle and there is a petrol station just 20km away. The total distance from Gobabis is about 250km.

Campsite Facilities

That facilities at Sãa Ta Ko are simple. There is a hot shower and a flush toilet, and at each site there is running water from the campsite solar pump.

The amazing sunsets, bird life, silence and serenity of the Kalahari Basin adds to the simple rural atmosphere of the campsite.
